Limited Hardware Warranty – RTV Group

1. Warranty Period

RTV Group warrants all hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product invoice.

2. Coverage and Scope

This limited warranty covers the internal hardware components of the product. It applies only to products purchased directly from RTV Group or authorized partners.

3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, liquid spills, fire, or power surges.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or repair attempts by non-RTV Group personnel.
  • Normal wear and tear (cosmetic scratches, battery degradation over time).
  • Products where the serial number or warranty seal has been removed or tampered with.

4. Remedies

If a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, RTV Group will:

  • Repair the hardware defect using new or refurbished parts.
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equivalent performance.
  • Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
