Shipping Policy – RTV Group

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. RTV Group offers the following shipping tiers:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not strictly guaranteed.

3. International Shipping & Customs

RTV Group provides worldwide shipping. Please be advised that your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. RTV Group is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damaged Shipments

If you receive your order damaged, please document the packaging and the product with clear photos and contact our support team at rtvgroup.inc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.
