Return & Refund Policy – RTV Group

1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging (including all cables, manuals, and accessories).
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Software licenses or digitally delivered keys.
  • Consumable items (e.g., thermal paste, cleaning kits).
  • Custom-built hardware configurations tailored to specific client requests.

4. Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

5. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of an RTV Group error (defective or incorrect item). For inquiries, contact rtvgroup.inc@gmail.com.
